Los Aguilares Rosado
Of the hand of his enologist, Bibi García, there comes to us this pink wine produced from the fermentation to low temperature of the musts of the varieties that compose it. Fresh and balanced.
Tempranillo (30%) , Merlot (30%) , Syrah (30%) , Petit Verdot (10%)
Mullet to the plate.
10ºC - 12ºC
Color raspberry clarito almost coral, with bluish edges. Clean and brilliant.
Fresh. Smell of red fresh fruits. Notes of candies of strawberry and licorice red.
Fresh with good acidity and a point of candy, where the red wild fruit is very out-standing. It is very balanced. It has a few light spicy notes.
