Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas
Founded in 2004
Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas it is employed at the selection of the grape proceeding from his 43 hectares of vineyard. With performances of approximately 2.500 kgs for hectare in the estates of glass and of 4.000 kgs hectare in those of espalier they do, together with the age of the vineyard, that Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas it obtains one of the best selections of the D.O. Ribera del Duero.
For it, day after day, we take care of all the factors that later will influence the quality of the grape: analysis foliate them, prune in green, aclareo of clusters and analysis of soils to know and to determine the needs of the vine-stocks.
This selection finishes in a manual withdrawal of the grape that is transported to Winery in boxes of 17 kilos obtaining this way a few ideal conditions for the grape. Once in Winery a last and elegant manual selection is realized in tape before initiating his transformation.
This does that the wines elaborated by Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas are powerful and of marked personality.
