The building that shelters the Winery is integrated by three ships articulated concerning a great central court, something like cloister of a convent or a square of people. Joining her "U" that form these three ships another building appears with the social zone and the shop, the laboratory, the offices, the room of tryings, didactic classroom and, in one of the ends, the house of the enologist.

Of three ships, one corresponds to the room of production, with twelve Wineries of steel of 20.000 liters each one, and the most modern machinery of production. This ship is measured to duplicate the Wineries when the process of commercialization demands it from us.

In the second ship one finds the room of casks. This is, the sancta sanctorum of the Winery. We dedicate the third one, partly, to the room of jaulones, this is, where the wine sleeps once jammed solid, to follow his process of ripeness, and the rest corresponds to the room of bottling, labelling and storage of product ready to go out to the market.
