Celler la Boella (Tamisa Agrícola, S.L.)

Founded in 2007

The this Winery placed to the same estate, close to the vineyards. Inaugurated in the year 2007, it consists of 3 plants. In the low one they place the area of vinificación and of upbringing in casks. The intermediate one with the zone of receipt of the grape, the laboratory, the offices and different stores, and Superior, where there place the shop, the room of tryings and a room with a model of train that reproduces the " Camp of Tarragona ".

The Winery has been located taking advantage in the maximum of the natural difference of the area facilitating this way the accomplishment of the maximum of works for gravity.

The grape, once harvested in boxes, surrenders to a process of cold for 24 hours in cold-storage room to a temperature of 4 degrees. Immediately afterwards it spends in the zone of receipt where to the despalilladora, the breeze is eliminated and later it happens for a table of selection where there are eliminated the grains of minor quality and the possible remains of breeze.

Once selected, the grape is flattened lightly and behaves to the Wineries where there is carried out the fermentation - maceration, process in which, by means of the action of the yeasts, the azúcares of the must of the grape transform in alcohol. The Wineries of fermentation are of stainless steel and are provided with shirts of refrigeration and with system of inertización with nitrogen, which guarantees the stability of the wine in the same ones.
