The Clos Penat is a stained wine of upbringing with the following composition: 80 % of Robe and 20 % of Syrah. Jordi Domènech recommends to open the Clos Penat an hour before his consumption and to serve it to a temperature that is between the 16 º i 18ºC. It can present own rainfalls of the wine since it has not filtered. Ideal És to accompany any type of meat on the ember, mushrooms and cheeses.
