Wineries Resalte de Peñafiel it is created in the year 2000 in order to elaborate wines of high quality and from his beginnings it takes refuge in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The grape with which they elaborate all his wines is 100 % tempranillo and there comes from 80 hectares of vineyards exhaustively controlled and selected of different zones of the Ribera del Duero, which they contributes a great complexity of primary aromas.

Along the whole process of production, both the transport of the grape and the movement of musts are realized by gravity using the most modern technology, which guarantees major quality to the wine. In the upbringing there are used casks of the most prestigious cooperages. The Winery possesses 1500 casks of oak, 70 % Frenches and 30 % Americans, which are renewed every 3-4 years. The guarantee of the upbringing rests on the rooms of rest, where temperature and dampness are automatically controlled.

Elaborated with stained grape of the country proceeding from vineyards reached on different zones of the name, which he contributes to his major complexity in primary aromas, this wine has rested for 2 months in Wineries of stainless steel before entering casks for his aging. Aged for 15 months in casks of French oak (60 %) and American (40 %).
