Bodegas PAGOS DE MOGAR it is a familiar Winery founded in the year 2003 and received in the Regulatory Advice of the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The Winery is located in Valbuena of Douro, in Peñafiel's region (Valladolid) and has an innovative and functional design with a few modern facilities.
Our wines come from the grape of our own vineyards, as well as from vine-growers of the region. The vintage realizes manually in boxes of 17 kg and the whole grape that enters the Winery is examined in the table of selection.
Fermentation is realized to controlled temperature, in Wineries of stainless steel of double shirt, being realized mended and manual daily mixings during the whole process. Once concluded the fermentation, the wine is kept in maceration with the husks up to the moment of the descube. The times of maceration are long, adapted to the characteristics of every wine, but they are in the habit of overcoming 20 days. After the descube the temperature is controlled in order that the wine realizes the fermentation maloláctica in the best conditions.
