The traditional method of production of the wine that they have preserved in his essence, has gone complementing itself with the new technologies, as the fermentation in cold and the incorporation of modern facilities, as the Wineries isotherms or the bottling works. The fruit of his good one doing are the exquisite wines that produce, winners of diverse awards.

Of the culture of 20 hectares of vineyards, together with what they buy, the young wines elaborate Jesus Díaz. The pink one is elaborated from the first must of the stained grape. The white is a wine yolk, of the first must of the grape Malvar. The crop of 98 was the first Tempranillo that put in casks to elaborate the crianza, with the trade name Heredad Torresano.
