Wineries and Vineyards Ballabriga it is a familiar Winery, worried for recovering autochthonous varieties of the Somontano. Opposite to the homogenization in the wines worldwide, we try to rescue the flavors of long ago of this land.

Between our types of grape, the Parraleta stands out as one of the autochthonous ones. Practically extinguished variety, from this Winery a great effort is done for recovering her, obtaining a few excellent and only wines. Also we are preparing a white wine elaborated with the autochthonous variety alcañón. After the success of the parraleta, we want to elaborate a white wine following the same guidelines. A wine with the maximum quality and supporting the specific of the somontano.

To obtain our wines, the fundamental dedication is the work in the vineyards, allowing a very low load of grapes in the vine-stocks, of scarcely 3000 kg for Has. This quantity of grapes achieves that we produce very concentrated, intense wines.

The building of the Winery is modern and functional, partially buried to facilitate the upbringing in the casks. It has been located in the center of the estate Batrallo, surrounded with vineyards.

In him, we have the best Wineries of stainless steel and casks of French and American oak of the best French and Spanish cooperages. The careful, almost individual selection, of these casks and of his toasting it is one of our principal labors to obtain a few only wines.
