Founded in 2005
Jose Luis and Protection, with the help of his three children, have turned the project actually. The Winery is immersed between our vineyards, inside a historical - tourist environment, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero, between the peoples of Quintanamanvirgo and Guzmán.
In the Winery one installs the most advanced technology and the best means for the production of a great wine.
Once done the first selection in the vineyard harvests in boxes of 15 kg; the movement to the Winery is not late any more than three hours (from the cut of the cluster to the tape seleccionadora), Being transported to the Winery by gravity and not by pumping, which allows that the grape should come semiinforms without suffering pressure, fragmentations, not even excessive aeration - this way we obtain the wished quality-. The mended manuals and a fermentation controlled by equipment of cold - heat, we achieve that our wines have own personality.
The casks of French, American oak and European Center (all thin grain), with different toastings, provide this special bouquet of our wine APRICUS.
