Founded in 2008

Located in Dollar, this producer respects the traditional uses including new processing technologies. Currently, with facilities fully finished and equipped with the latest machinery and materials of the time, production premises available for a production of 120,000 liters and aging cellar with a capacity of 400 barrels of 300 liters, the latter drawing on earth excavated terrain relief and getting proper temperatures for rearing red. The rest of the general assembly facilities and is perfectly integrated into the landscape.

Its main purpose is to get the wines express the typical character of these lands, for which rely on organic production in both viticulture and enology. With a planting density of 4255 vines per hectare, productions that currently fail to kilogram per vine and yield below 65%, in Bodega Moya Mendez get excellent wines that will be announced in the First Exhibition of Wines Granada, organized by IDEAL.

Moya Wine Mendez is the result of a dramatic upbringing. The annual production 50,000 bottles are divided between three red wines and one white. Among the aged wines, the first is made with a blend where the Syrah grape represents 40 percent Tempranillo and another 40 percent, leaving the remaining 20 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. The oak aging gives this wine aroma and point condition.

The other uses also breeding red Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo, but replaced in composition Syrah grapes for Merlot, to finish made equally in predominantly French oak barrels of 300 liters, already mentioned. Finally, there is one among young reds Tempranillo and Merlot blend.
