Bodega la Palmera
Founded in 1969 by Roberto Torres del Castillo with the name today La Palmera. It was a left estate, but his love for the field and for the land led him to reconstructing it; recovering the vineyard with autochthonous varieties as the black listán, listán whitly, tintillo, negress - moll, malmsey wine and gual, with which there elaborates the stained and white wine La Palmera.
At present 40.000 annual bottles are elaborated and this production allows a process control of production from his beginning. Quality control of the grapes in the field, harvesting with the just balance of sugar and acidity, fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature obtains the natural clarification by means of decanting. The process culminates with analytical controls and of trying wine. Overcome which is bottled by the brand La Palmera.
