With the aim to go on from the ' theory to the practice " Antonio J. Muñoz de Arcos (Technical Agricultural Engineer) and Alejandro Durán Jiménez (Agricultural engineer), decide to initiate his own project in the production of qualit wines; for it they acquire the estate in the zone called " Cuesta la Viña " (for something it will be) in Montecorto's pedanía, in the own municipal area of Ronda(Malaga). The estate possesses a surface of 6.38 Hectares, to an average altitude of 630 meters, of which at present 1,6 Hectares are planted by the varieties of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot, and formation in espalier of pickaxes of wood of Acacia without treating, on ecological culture. It is foreseen to incorporate new varieties, between which will be autochthonous varieties, up to a maximum of 3 Hectares.

The limitation of the surface of culture, it has as object carry out an extraordinary control of the agricultural production, since the quality of the crop is the one that determines the quality of the final product. For his characteristics, the estate possesses three basic premises that the Romans were establishing to determine the aptitude of the land for the plantation of the vineyard: soft earring towards a valley, proximity to a river and stony area, determine these integrated perfectly in the own "Terroir".

As for the facilities necessary for the own labors of accused, aging, store and bottling of the wine, projects the construction of a building of "design", having in it counts the new needs of the emergent markets, as the " tourism enológico ".

Close to these aims, the project contemplates the Recovery of Traditional and Ancient Labors by means of the employment of " Animals of Shot " and utilization of equipment and a half traditional of work; with it it is tried to look, in the possible thing, the recovery of the means and forms of work of our forbears in the rural way.

All these aspects, close to a privileged situation (Close to Grazalema's Nature reserve and Zahara's reservoir), there will allow the obtaining of a few products with one marked " singular character " directed the obtaining wine of named of "author" that they allow him to differ both for his Alta Calidad and for his singularity.
