Founded in 1941
In 1977, D.Enrique J. de Benito., initiates a deep restructuring, from a change of philosophy of business. Contruyeron the current facilities, providing them with the modern technical mas of vinificación with the moment. Convinced that the viticulture is fundamental for the production of good wines, vineyards stood firm to be able to investigate in this field, especially, with the variety "Verdejo", one of the keys to obtain the wines that nowadays take place in the D.O. Rueda.
In 1992, his son Juan, turned into The Director / manager. It begins the second phase based on the same philosophy of business and starting a new update and modernization of the Company. Other one of his children, Alvaro, joins the equipment in 2001. As enclosure to direction, it is played the role responsible for the Commercial Department and Export, designing the plans of expansion and marketing of the Winery.
Nowadays we have an important presence on the domestic market and export to more than fifteen countries.

Cuarenta años han pasado desde entonces, cuarenta años pisando uvas, extrayendo ese mágico color verde y llevándolo a su máxima expresión, pues la variedad verdejo alcanza su plenitud tan solo vinificándola.

Los racimos fueron despalillados desde su descarga en las tolvas del lagar. Se realizó una maceración pelicular durante varias horas, previa al prensado e inicio de la fermentación alcoholica. Dicha fermentación se realiza en depósitos de acero inoxidable, lentamente, a una temperatura máxima de 17º.

Designation of Origin RUEDA
A la variedad Verdejo, procedente de viñas viejas, la vendimia fermenta junto con sus lias en barricas nuevas de roble francés y americano. Quincenalmente se remueven dichas lias para que estas tengan más contacto con el vino. Permanece en barrica doce meses y otros doce en botella, antes de salir al mercado.
