Founded in 2006

The Winery Aldekoa is placed in the Ribera del Duero, concretely in Aldehorno's municipality, to the north of the province of Segovia in the limit with Burgos, being the first and only Segovian Winery with this D.O.

The Winery begins his gait in the year 2006 with an exploitation near to 30 hectares of vineyard and the brand " Perez Veros " it will be with that his wines go out to the market.

The type of grape with which this Winery elaborates his broths is the ink of the country, also known as Tinta Fina or Tempranillo. The vineyards, with an age between 5 and 20 years, are placed in the terms of Aldehorno, Haza and Fuentenebro to an altitude near to 1000 meters what gives them to these wines certain singularity that they differs from the rest of the Ribera del Duero. In addition a selection of the grape is realized in vineyard, with pruning in green and clarified of clusters.

Aldekoa has an average production of 80.000 liters that it will distribute in Young Red wine " Perez Veros ", Young Oak " Perez Veros " with six months in cask of French oak and Upbringing " Perez Veros " with twelve months in cask and one year in bottle.

The production of the broths is realized by means of fermentation controlled in Winery of stainless steel of 16.000 kilos, and depending on the type of wine, in casks of French oak.
