"One of the phenomena associated with Marketing major wine export in the last decade, it was the French wine produced and distributed by a British company-French, the shiraz "Fat Bastard", a wine quite acceptable, but nothing outstanding, with something very different and hard to forget your name "Fat Bastard" with his chubby hippo drawn on the name. In America success was overwhelming: some states like Utah banned the sale of this wine and that helped create a free publicity that spread like wildfire: in other states most traditional wine consumption (and less restrictive) and California New York or 400,000 bottles were sold in the year of release.

Also in France, where the glamor, comes the controversial "Le Vin de Merde" (Shit Wine), with a fly included on the label, which sold within a few months the entire crop of 2007, is a creation of Jean-Marc Speziale, who owns a restaurant in Aniane, near Montpellier, and you could say that creation is a kind of response to media criticism of Languedoc-Roussillon to the wines of the region.

Following this success came other brands such as the Australian Grenache "Bitch" in the back label repeats the word in its back label 77 times and ends with "some more". And besides, you can choose between Sexy Bitch, Sweet Bitch or Sassy Bitch.

"Oops"is so called because evil so long wrote the name of the variety of the grapes used for wine name they decided to make a sort of mea culpa.

Hipster wines are more conceptual, like "Elephant on a Tightrope","1 1 = 3 Brut" or cabernet "Arrogant Frog", which perhaps inspired table wine "Frog Piss".

In Spain have sounded strong names like "Cojón de Gato"(Somontano), which continues to refer to a variety of grape wine from Contador "Qué bonito cacareaba" (How pretty crowed) ,the wine from Bierzo "Mad dogs and Englishmen" or the D.O.Rueda "De Puta Madre" that made Jacques and François Lurton, a real show of pride.

There are many animal-related names and / or its parts: "El Perro Verde"(Verdejo Rueda), "Teta de Vaca", "Siete Vacas"(Seven Cows), "Gran Cerdo" (Big Pig), "Yellow Tail" (Australia) or "The Dog Killer".

"Cleavage Creek" is a wine made from premium grapes grown in some of the most beautiful hills of California. and its back label can be read wine characteristics written on naked torso of the lady who can be seen on the label.

California has launched red wines under names such as "Menage a Trois" or "Mad Housewife".

"Blasted Church" is a small winery located in Okanagan, Canada. According to the creators, it is always said that the wines used in the churches have some divine qualities, which many people want.

The Italian family wine "Follador"(Fucker), founded by Giovanni Follador in 1769 and settled in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG,-you pretty much have your name when traveling-speaking countries lend to another reading, but by the consumer. Gianfranco Follador fully engages in to create "Follador Spumanti" sparkling.

Of course it was not long until someone called USB to a Porto wine ("Port" in English).

An unusual way to present a product, but if you like and sell because they use it!.
