VT SIERRRA DE TRAMUNTANA - COSTA NORD
The area of grape production and winemaking Earth Sierra de Tramuntana - Costa Nord comprises the area located northwest of the island of Mallorca, between Cape Formentor and the southwest coast of Andratx.
Types of wines:
White: The minimum natural alcohol content is 12%. Malvasia white wines are characterized by their aromatic potential, ripe fruit, reminiscent of pear and melon, are dry wines, fresh, consistent, complex and well structured. Chardonnay wines are aromatic wines, that recall tropical fruits on the palate are very nice and balanced, with a long lingering finish.
Reds: The minimum natural alcohol content is 12.5%??. noted that winemakers have specialized in developing varietal wines, from the cabernet sauvignon and merlot. These wines are very colored and powerful tannins attempt, suitable for aging. Presented perfumed aromas reminiscent of ripe plum and cherry, with shades of fig and raisin.
Pink: The minimum natural alcohol content is 12.5%??. With a color range from pale pink to pink orange, bright and transparent with predominantly primary aromas, fresh fruit and fruit flavors.
