Viña Ardanza Reserva Especial
Emblematic brand of La Rioja Alta. The crop 2001 in the D.O.C Rioja, was scanty in quantity, but of exceptional quality. Suitable temperatures favored the development of the valued fruit with an excellent sanitary condition that, joined the small size of the grains, allowed to elaborate wines with great intensity colouring, suitable and aromatic complexity for long upbringing. This wine has continued evolving throughout the years without losing his properties, of elegant bouquet, intensely and with a long stay in bottle that awards a length retrotaste.

Pairing:
Specially well with roasts of lamb, chops to the vineshoot, hunting, fished in sauce and smoked and cured cheeses.

Wine Color:
Red color pillory, clean and brilliant. Of average high cap, with an incipient shade iodized at the edge of the glass.
Wine Aroma:
Intense, spicy and balsamic aromas, of coconut, vanilla, cinnamon and menthol chocolate, which delicate notes of dried fruits wrap of wood.
Wine Taste:
Structured, balanced, with the silky and surrounding tannins. The end is a nice and sophisticated retrogusto, which fills the mouth of imperishable sensations and which the passage of time will help to promote and round.
