Perfect with seafood and shellfish, white meats and highlight the great harmony with Asian cuisine in general, as the soybean saline intensifies aromas us.

Clean, straw yellow color with greenish hue and crystal.

Wine Aroma:
Markedly saline mineral notes, lots of fruity, clean, tropical fruit (ripe papaya, mango, passion fruit, pitaya), funds clean and elegant citrus (mandarin, lime, grapefruit), floral (daisy, jasmine, fennel).

Wine Taste:
First the palate fresh, fruity, where we remember those citrus flavors such as tangerine. Balanced with medium acidity, lively and with a long persistence in the mouth.
