Sierra de Viento Garnacha Gran Selección
The Cierzo, wind characteristic of the Sierra de Algairén in Carignan, blowing heavily on Viñas Viejas de Garnacha selected specifically for the development of this great selection. Selected vineyards with a controlled production of 1-1.5 kg per vine growing in gravel ground siliceous stone composites and clay at 630 m altitude. Manual harvest in boxes for later download in the selection table where only the best fruits will. The malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels where it remains in raising a total of 12 months ending this with a bottle aging for 24 months.
