Morosanto Rosado
Harvested the morning of September 1 temperature-controlled chambers. After a careful and reasoned viticulture is selected for the last time entering the winery, pressed and inserted in storage. Fermented at low temperature for about three weeks and no malolactic fermentation to enhance the natural acidity of the wine.

In the mouth fruity with good acidity and sweet. A subtle and elegant wine but not without power allowing us maridarlo with a wide range of dishes.
