Los Molinos Reserva
Mills Reservation is a varietal wine made from 100% with a selection of the best Tempranillo grapes which appreciate the kindness aromatic red fruit of this variety and subtle notes of vanilla and spices, as a result of its aging in barrels oak. In the process developed an intense maceration with constant no lifts to remove tannic compounds noblest, with temperature controlled fermentation and subsequent aging with American oak barrels for one year before maturity in bottle, a cycle lasts 3 to 4 years.
