La Dama
Produces only a limited number of bottles per year, about 7,000 bottles per vintage. After an exhaustive selection of the best wine of the winery is passed to an aging in new French and American 225 liter capacity for 12 months. After that time only the best barrels are bottled resulting from aging and bottle aging adds another twelve months or more before going to market
