La Cigarrera Moscatel
From muscat grapes that are harvested once exposed to the sun on esparto redores (basking in Pasil system) to concentrate and achieve raisining sugar. The fermentation is partial since it stops by the addition of wine alcohol, retaining as much of the original sweetness. Ageing under Oxidative aging, which determines its intense mahogany color and dense appearance. Serve between 12 and 14 °, but can also be served cold to consumer tastes.
