Joven Jordan Blanco
Made with grapes from old vines settled on top of a hill between Aranda de Duero and Penafiel, in the town of Fuentecen (Burgos). There the climate is continental with Atlantic influences character, very cold winters and warm summers, there is a strong temperature variation between day and night during the grape growing. This causes slower maturation, resulting in a high quality color and acidity, ideal for wines. These vineyards are located high on a hill at an altitude ranging between 700 and 800 meters, in loose, infertile ideal for growing vineyards. 12 months in oak barrels.
