Don Luciano Blanco Cosecha
To produce this wine, grapes are selected prior to entering the winery. The wort is obtained by a slight pressure and clarified before starting fermentation. The fermentation process is carried out in stainless steel containers at 18 ° C temperature. Once fermentation, the wine is racked to separate it from the lees, it is corrected and stabilized to retain freshness until bottling.
