DeBeroz Rosado
From our best old vines of Tempranillo, of the El Carrascal, bled 20% of the must. Both this as Garnacha Tempranillo are pressed upon arrival at the winery to preserve maximum freshness. Finally a small percentage of Cabernet bleeding must improve its structure and pterygium. The fermentation of the three varieties extend fifteen days at 17 degrees. The fermentation is stopped leaving three grams per liter of residual sugar that gives a pleasant mouthfeel.

Ideal for both without food taste as escort for all dishes: appetizers, pasta, rice and risotto, white meat, oily fish and desserts.

Wine Color:
Bright and clean with medium intensity. Retains its blue and violet tones while reds are observed pale pink own made from Tempranillo and Garnacha.
Wine Aroma:
Clean and elegant with medium intensity and aromas francs, predominantly strawberry aromas with a hint milk and may remind strawberry yogurt. Subtle notes of herbs like peppermint and spearmint.
Wine Taste:
Very nice attack, the palate is long and persistent. More red fruit on the nose more mature, and very pleasant due to residual sugar.
