Bleeding flower must obtained 20% of the best deposits of each variety of old vines and low production with what we got besides this magnificent pink concentrate that eventually will be our higher-end wines. After fifteen days fermentation at temperatures between 17 and 18 degrees the finished wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled gently.

Very clean and looks dense and almost a red body but with bright red raspberry tones.

Intense and franco predominantly red fruit aromas of raspberry and strawberry.
Wine Taste:
Power and we can enjoy a very fruity rosé with the same nuances as we anticipated the nose, highlighting its velvety feeling surrounding the mouth and becomes persistent and pleasant.
