Blanco Nieva Fermentado en Barrica
Exclusive wine made from 100% Verdejo grapes from ungrafted vines. Completely fermented in new oak barrels, has been a total of six months in French Nevers oak barrels, resulting in a more complex and unctuous wine. Musts of grapes selected, the fermentation is carried out without temperature control, which lasted about 15 days, with daily batonages end thereof and at intervals over the following 5.5 months. Fined, cold stabilized and filtered.
