Baigorri Maceración Carbónica
Made with tips from Tempranillo grapes. All the grapes were hand picked, bunch by bunch, using sorting tables and vibration. Long periods of soaking the beans with hat submerged, gives this wine a strong personality, making it different from the wines of its kind. Fermentation takes place in oak vats and stainless steel.

Step into the mouth is pleasant and lasting, and licorice sticking Juanola pills. The null astringency makes palatable and is the most important feature that sets it apart from carbonic maceration wines.
