Alboenea
Made exclusively from selected grapes from old vines of low production in the Natural Park of the gorges of Cabriel. This wine shows the potential quality of the Bobal grape native to Utiel-Requena. Destemmed and soft crushed grapes, followed by a long maceration for greater extraction of color, aromas and fine tannins that they will be a good load polyphenolic controlled temperature using a unique pumping system manuals. Aging in new French oak "Allier" for eight months and then bottled a minimum of twelve months.

The taste is a fresh wine with medium density and sweet tannins, with hints of red fruit end.
