Process of carbonic maceration (whole grapes). Fermentation at controlled temperature (29 °), which takes place slowly because of the high alcohol content. Very good color content. Stay in American oak barrels of 225 liters for 22 months in the bottle, from 04/07/2007.

Very structured palate with tannins. They appreciate fruits such as apples, bananas and peaches, as well as acorns, nuts and snuff. Strong and intense final coffee aftertaste. Very long and persistent.
