Vitivinícola de Valbuena it is a familiar Winery managed by three brothers, M ª del Carmen, Rigoberto and Luisa Maria Nieto Ruiz that, joined by the love to the wine, they have extracted forward this company.
Without pretensions to create a 'macroWinery', the principal aim of the family is " to recover the typical wine of La Ribera that one saw a few years ago ", as makes clear Luisa Maria Nieto. The owner of the Winery argues that as much they will manage to elaborate in a future 150.000 liters.
Nowadays, the Winery has finished a " complicated vintage ", in words of these experts, due to the sudden changes of temperature. In punctual numbers, 40.000 kilos of grape have been gathered, the double that last year. For a quantity with the one that expects to produce 35.000 bottles to him with the variety 100 % thin red wine.
For it, Vitivinícola de Valbuena it has adapted the former dependences of the familiar housing, placed inside the urban area, for a correct production of the wine.
