Founded in 1892

Vineyards and wineries El Barro, it is the result of all the experience and to know accumulated during 3 generations for a vine-growers' family toledanos, whose beginnings date back of 1892.

His vineyards and wineries are located in the D.O. Méntrida, zone of great wine-growing tradition, where we have confronted a deep transformation, to adapt to the trends of the current market.

In viticulture we have realized plantations of such varieties as, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, etc., to obtain grapes that develop the own qualities of the variety, joined the peculiar environmental conditions of the zone North of Toledo. That used wisely in winery, based on the tradition and on the most advanced technologies of production, allow to develop his complex and diverse shades and aromas. For later in his upbringing in wood and bottle, rest, promote and lengthen the qualities of these broths, which with the passage of time will be delighted and remembered for the posterity.
