Our winery is, also, the plasmación of a dream. Centenary stones that receive the decanting of the grapes, the delicate sweat of the workers, the attentive eye of the enologist.
Working for gravity, every variety, every altitude, every orientation or every chunk of plot surrender to a different process and they ferment in small tubs of 10 hectoliters. Only we use autochthonous yeasts and the wine is bottled without clarifying to filter. A noble and elegant wine that returns the confidence to us in to know ancient.
