The Agrarian Cooperative "San Isidro" was constituted in 1950 and at present it possesses 850 partners. The Cooperative is placed in Quintanar del Rey in the province of Cuenca.
The varieties of grapevine that we use for the production of the White, Pink and Stained wines are: Bobal, Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot, Macabeo and Garnacha.
The partners of this cooperative are going to realize in the next years a plan of restructuring financed by the European Union of 1.500 Hectares. The aim of this program is to increase the production of wines varietales of quality.
Nowadays D.O's wines are commercialized. Manchuela with the brands: Monte de las Mozas and Zaino.
Finca Sandoval, with an assembly dominated by the syrah, and Salia, in which they control the grapes of autochthonous old white hawthorns, they are the principal wines of Finca Sandoval
