The winery Pasanau, placed in Montsant's Mulberry, was founded in 1995. It belongs to the D.O. Priorat, one of the wine zones of major quality of Spain, nowadays with D.O's range. Qualified.
The aims of the winery are based on two concepts: that his wines are the expression of his estates and of the multiple characteristics of the municipality of The Mulberry of Montsant, the most extensive, with major difference and different types of soil of the D.O. Priorat, and that in every new crop apply to themselves the experiences of previous years and the results of the development of new technologies of culture and production.
