The secret of the wines of Pagos de Familia Vega Tolosa S.A. is his microclimate and his terruño. His zone of production places in the most oriental lands of the Manchuela, to 120 km from the Mediterranean Sea.
His vineyards situan between the valleys of the rivers Júcar and Cabriel, to 750 m. Of height: The diurnal winds of west - hot and dry - and the nocturnes of east - fresh and humid - favor a slow ripeness of the grape. His clayey - calcareous soils contribute also to an ideal quality of the grape, favoring the drainage of the scanty pluviometría and the conservation of the dampness in the periods of drought.
These conditions allow the production of a few ecological harmonious and elegant wines, with attractive colors, fruity aromas and a step along persistent mouth
