In the border with La Rioja, in the municipal area of Castejón, Luis Olarra has raised the Winery I pay San Gabriel, with the manifest philosophy of elaborating and bottling proceeding wine exclusively of the grapes of his own vineyards, of high density of plantation and under performance. A few vine-stocks where they are protagonists the foreign grapes.
At present, the Winery is shaped by a total of seven buildings framed by the vineyards, with a capacity of production of 300.000 kilos by year. The Winery commercializes the brand Zubiola.
