In Montilla it is born, in 1906, COBOS. From the beginning of century it begins a development supported of the viticulture montillana. In those years, being embryonic the commercial organization, already they were guarding and producing to themselves wines of exquisite quality, delicacy, flavor and incomparable aroma. It is here when one starts spreading, with commercial ends, the excellent properties of the broths montillanos. This hard and laborious labor of spread her imposes a group of butlers who do not possess another help that his strong vitality and his fervent desire to triumph in this determination. Between these Wineries one was finding COBOS.
And COBOS from the almost centenary tradition and with the quality like badge of his wines he enjoys today prestige and national and international renown.
At present COBOS it occupies a surface of 100.000 m2 in his different facilities and has an own plantation of vineyard of more than 1.000.000 of vine-stocks.
