Founded in 1957

Created by Baldomero Moreno Espino (Cordova, 1900-1995), this company, which initiated his gait with the wood, of which it never got free (from the year 2001 his brand bm associates to the do-it-yourself), is orientated to the food-processing sector by the packaging and sale of olive oil across the brand Musa , as well as to the sauces or mayonnaises of all kinds. In the fifties, Moreno S.A. enters the wine-growing sector with the acquisition of the primitive Winery Gonzalez-Byass and creating you mark of wine Montilla-Moriles as Musa and Benavides.

After heading with other seven companies Hispanoliva's creation, a company destined for the export, in the sixties he acquires the American company Pompeian, Inc. for the commercialization of his products in the United States and Brazeite Industria constitutes the company é Trade in Brazil. With these two distribution industries it will increase significantly his sales in the exterior.

In 1999 he acquires 100 % of the Hispanoliva's capital and in the Brown 2001 S.A. the company absorbs for merger oil bottle. Since then it surrenders to a strong process of renovation headed by the third generation.
