The marriage integrated by Enrique To base and Elisa Úcar has stimulated the launch of this new Winery. So many Elisa, economist, as Enrique, agricultural engineer, they accumulate a wide baggage in the wine of Navarre sector.
In the municipality of Unx's St Martin, area traditionally of stained grapes, the Winery has the fortune of cultivating 21 plots of old vineyards of robe, with different soils, orientations and altitudes. In fact, the aim of this adventure is to rescue and to return all his explendor to this autochthonous variety, sign of identity of the D.O.
