The Olivera is a small social cooperative of work born 1974 with the vocation of cultivating the cultures of the zone. In the year 1989 it decided to invest in the construction of a winery to elaborate six white wines and two frothy ones of the grape proceeding from his vineyards, with the philosophy of to create the elaborated own some of quality, controlled in all the phases of his production - from the culture of the land up to the own commercialization - seeking to define simultaneously a few singular products inside the wide wine panorama.
Nowadays, we have extended the winery, with energy bioclimática, to try to obtain a balance sheet zero of CO2 emissions, to elaborate stained and sweet wines,
