Company founded in 1986 by Jose Maria Raventós i Blanc, inheritor of a centenary tradition inaugurated for D. Josep Raventós i Fatjó that in 1872 I elaborate the first Spanish, like that champaign the history of this winery is close not only to the family that continues with her, but also to the region. The building is surrounded with vineyards of his property and integrated totally the landscape provided with modern equipments of vinificación and upbringing of his wines and wine-cellars, authentic jewels enológicas.

Vino espumosos de finca, con el sello personal de su creador, procedente de una viña histórica cuya geología y microclima es la ideal para la elaboración de espumosos de alta calidad capaces de competir con los más prestigiosos cavas. Las uvas se seleccionan de 9 parcelas situadas en la ladera de la colina del Serral, con exposición Norte o Noreste y plantadas sobre suelos calcáreos y con gran cantidad de fósiles marinos de clima tropical. Se trabaja Viticultura ecológica en transformación a Biodinámica. Vendimia manual, entrada por gravedad en Bodega. Primera fermentación en depósitos de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada, segunda fermentación en botella y crianza mínima de 3 años en posición de rima. Azúcar residual de 3,5g/L.
