Taking advantage of the experience in viticulture and production of wines acquired in the previous years as one of the impellers of the wine-growing recovery of the zone, in 1990 Jose Manuel Rodríguez creates his own winery with the safety of which the future of the zone happens for the involution of this sector.
A scrupulous viticulture and the recovery of autochthonous varieties in his vineyards placed in some of the best zones of Doade's banks, is the prop on which there is sustained the production of wines of this winery.
