In the middle of last century, Antonio Galán, vine-grower and farmer montillano with big worries, managed to found a small Winery next to his children. Many years did not happen when they realized the enormous potential that there had the Pedro Ximénez, and in spite of the difficulty of his production and his great ignorance they decided to devote in sole right to the production of these wines.
It is due to this, that our wines take a great recognition as his most excellent quality in all the tryings and analyses to which they have been submitted. Likewise we have in our Wineries of a few crossbeams with more than 25 years of antiquity which anually a big sack is done to tipple our PEDRO XIMÉNEZ "Marqués de la Vega Solera Fundador".
