In total more than 50 small plots are cultivated concerning Dicastillo's municipality, in Earth Estella, under the premise of defending the biodiversity and the singular character. The owners understand the wine as a cultural product intrinsically tied to the persons and to the land, author's wines that reflect the terroir from which they come and respect the nature.
