Clos Galène est le résultat du travail constant d'un homme de science, le projet vital de Miguel Pérez Cerrada, d'un oenologue et professeur universitaire qui a fondé en 2000 dans le Priorat une propriété de vigne et a construit sa propre cave afin d'élaborer quelques vins singuliers.
Débouché son pot particulier des essences, l'illusion s'est fiévreusement transmise à tous les leurs, la famille Pérez et Dalmau que ses vins d'élevage nous présentent : la Galène et Clos Galena.
