Founded in 1961
Cooperative founded in 1961 by 17 small farmers. Due to his good functioning it counts, at present, with near 2.000 partners.
Technologically, this company also has evolved, applying technologies of vinificación more sophisticated and modern. Of the traditional production, they go on to the fermentation with control of temperature, obtaining white wines like that fruity young women. For the red wines the system of wineries uses autovaciantes, in order to extract from the husks the major color in the minor time, avoiding this way the roughness of the traditional wines.
The wines of the cooperative are elaborated by grapes proceeding from 23.000 hectares of vineyard property of the partners, who in a normal campaign reach on 110 million kilos, proceeding from the varieties Airén, Macabeo, Tempranillo, Robe and Cabernet Sauvignon, which are stored in wineries of stainless steel by coating shirt and in ships semiburied of concrete.
This winery also counts with a plant bottling works of 6.500 bottles / hour and ship of upbringing with 1.500 casks of oak.
