Founded in 1963
COVIDES Vineyards - wineries was founded in the year 1963, fruit of the will of more than 600 farmers of elaborating of joint form the wine of his crop; in that moment the farmers introduced the mechanization and the first tractors in his developments and stopped elaborating wine in his houses and using means of animal traction.
There were constructed 2 Sant Cugat's wineries Sesgarrigues and of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia with the most modern facilities of the moment to elaborate wines with own personality and to stop centering only in the production of bulk wine. In the 80s there began the sale of jammed solid wine and the production of wine-cellar.
